Why does it seem that boutique hotels are giving big name chain hotels a run for their money? With chain hotels, the level of personalized attention falters because there are too many guests at one time. Boutique hotels are designed smaller and for that, staffs are able to provide guests with a “How are you today, Mr.….” This difference in communication and hospitality is one reason people are choosing boutique hotels. Not only that but how the hotel and the atmosphere are can make or break a hotel. Who would not go to a hotel that has a relaxed setting?
