Finding New York City Cheap Hotels
When I go to Denver or Atlanta or Chicago or Dallas (which I do regularly), I can count on getting a decent hotel room in a nice hotel, downtown where I want to be, for under a hundred dollars. Finding New York City cheap hotels, on the other hand, was recently a lesson on different values. To keep my hotel bill under $100 per night, I would have had to give up having my own private bathroom, any room space except that for the bed, and any other typical hotel amenities. Pricey New York City real estate means a “typical” hotel room like I’m familiar with is going to run me closer to $200 per night.
