Women in the Field
I don’t know of too many women who take computer repair training. I don’t know why they don’t, but they should. The women that I do know who fix computers are good at it and they like it a lot. It’s good money and it’s the type of work that can use the brain. Granted, most repairs are common, but I know there are some computer issues out there that are downright puzzling. The work is also a good alternative to manual labor. I think, for too long, women have avoided the field because it was thought that they don’t have the mechanical dexterity and insight. I think that’s wrong.
