The Benefits of a Triathlon Training Program

Do you want to get in shape? Do you want more energy? Do you want a sense of accomplishment? I think there is no better way to do this than a triathlon training program. I know that most people have never thought about competing in a triathlon but this is a great way to get in shape. It won’t get boring because you are training in three different sports. There is also a huge sense of accomplishment when a person is able to finish a triathlon after only 12 weeks of training. This is a great goal for many people to set.
