New parts
I have an old bike that I love very much, it is my escape, when I ride there is no one yelling my name. I don’t have to hear my mom or my kids or even my boss, I just ride away down a country road and forget everything and get lost in the scenery. When ever an old part goes out I get new Shimano parts, which keep me riding away from my problems into the greatest escape ever. I try to ride at least 4 to 5 times a week and there I clear my mind and my soul.
