Mormon Doctrine Of Holy Ghost Being Third Member Of Godhead
Few religions of the world have defined the Trinity of the Godhead as have the Mormons. It is a unique mormon doctrine that the third member of the Godhead is the Holy Ghost who is actually a person with a spirit body, whose special mission is to witness to mankind the reality of God the Eternal Father, and also the reality of His Son, Jesus Christ, and that the three members of the Godhead together, are so unified, as to be considered by mankind as if They were One God. Unlike the Father and the Son who have bodies of flesh and bone, the Holy Ghost has only a spirit body.
