Why Dieting is not always Successful in Reducing Weight?

We are very often tempted to observe dieting, in an effort to cutting down modest calorie intakes to get rid from an extra pound overnight. But we are some time astonished to find that we are not only facing ceaseless failure in cutting flesh from our bodies / waist but also becoming target of sickness. In reality restricting calories from going into body actually does not let our bodies to burn unwanted fats which are stored in our body and resultantly there is failure in reducing weight or very lukewarm progress in this regard. Very simply, our body lands into a ’starvation mode’ while collapsing that mechanism which is supposed to perform all functions in body.
