What if I am breastfeeding?

I am breastfeeding, but I would still like to lose the baby weight. I like the idea of the Fat Loss For Idiots program, especially the fact that they design meal plans for you. However, I am worried about the calorie content of these meal plans. Since I am breastfeeding I need to have some extra calories to make up for that, and I want to know if there is an option to account for that in the meal planning part of the Fat Loss For Idiots plan. Can anyone tell me more about this? Do I have to wait until I stop breastfeeding to use this diet?
