One of the simplest ways to lose weight is to eat less. If you want to lose weight faster then don’t eat at all. Of course, you can’t stop eating for long before starvation mode kicks in and you don’t get any benefit from depriving yourself. One of the best ways to lose weight with fasting is to use either juice fasting of intermittent fasting. With juice fasting you still drink juice whenever you desire something but you don’t eat anything solid or have any fire. With intermittent fasting you just don’t eat for one or two days a week and then the rest of the week you just eat normally (you don’t eat like crap, just eat healthy but don’t need to deprive yourself.)
