I have always wanted to get into the business of photographing weddings. I have been shooting pictures ever since I could hold a camera, and I have taken a lot of photography classes. Recently, I decided to open my own business. I started with children, and everyone seemed to love my work in that area. Now, a year later, I finally feel ready to jump into the arena that I really want to specialize in. I have read hundreds of wedding photography tips, practiced at rehearsals and on models, a bought all the right lenses. I only hope that all this comes together when it really matters.

I just came back from visiting my sister in Toronto and I am so jealous! For her birthday, her husband told her she could redo a room in their condo. She chose her living room and hired a design firm called Fifth Business Associates (www.5thbiz.com). It is absolutely beautiful. It’s a living room that stepped right out of a magazine. She didn’t tell me what she paid but I know her budget wasn’t that big but what a big return she got. I would be so happy to call that place MY living room. Maybe someday I can get my husband to gift me like that!

Once I take the course and complete it with a passing grade I will be ready for the first phase of becoming a green associate. After this test you can pick which area or aspect that you would like your career to focus on. You can also take other LEED exams to further extend your expertise and possibly specialized in one area. Though there is nothing stopping you from studying and taking all of the different certifications and specific areas, you will also be in more demand as you certify for each branch that the green associate has available to them if they just pass the exam. You can get practice tests and courses online.

My son has always been a computer genius. When he was thirteen years old, he created a computer game and sold it to all of his friends. At fifteen, he started building websites. Now he is getting ready to start college, and he’s trying to figure out what he wants to study. He knows he wants it to have something to do with computers, but he’s not sure exactly what. Personally, I think he should find out what it would take to become a web analytics professional. He would be really good at it, and I know that he would enjoy it. Besides, we need one of those in our family!

We were walking around town trying to kill a little bit of extra time we had from the movie we went to see. He went by the bakery to grab some fresh bread and muffins. They were most delicious. As we walked down the road a little bit longer we saw warriewood quilt shop. I decided to go in and see if they have new materials in. They did of course as it were the first of the month. I bought me a new quilt while I was there. They are very beautiful. All made by hand. It is truly amazing!

The other day I was sitting around talking to a friend of mine about… well just any and everything, but he told me something interesting. He said that our everyday fax machines have memory and store all documents we have faxed and received. After thinking about it for a while I became a little worried because I use payday loans occassionally and of course faxed documents to the lender and when my old fax machine went to heck i trashed it. Now I’m worried about who could have access to my information if some garbage digger decides he can fix my old machine.
This caused me to begin searching online and I ran across a company (Action Payday Loans) that offers Faxless Payday Loans. I called them to inquire about this and they told me the entire process is totally faxless. I guess as the saying goes “When there is a problem, There is always an answer”. You better believe I will go this route from now on.

My wife opened a nail salon and put us in the hot seat with debt. I had to think fast how to turn things around and so I decided that she should run a promotion offering a two day half price sale. I had a plan. If I could get her customer’s names and addresses from the two day promotion then I could start building the marketing lists. To say we have made a profit is an understatement. Thanks to building lists we were able to generate repeat sales and promotions through direct marketing. The phones have not stopped ringing since. My marketing plan has saved my wife’s business and it is still going strong today.
