When would I be liable for issues involving my Texas LLC business?
I am trying to figure out the best thing to do in regards to starting my own business. I would really like to limit my liability since it seems like people are suing companies for all sorts of crazy reasons (and winning!) I want to make sure that I don’t end up losing my house because someone has a beef with my business or my products. I am planning to start a Texas LLC business, could anyone tell me where I can find out the limits on when I would be liable? I want to know the situations when I would still be liable.
