My two vacations and annual travel insurance
After doing the math, it is definitely worth buying annual travel insurance this year. I have two vacations planned, to Europe for a month in April and then to Beijing for two weeks to watch the Olympics. I was getting individual quotes for each trip from different providers without even thinking about an annual policy, and then one website had a pop-up window that suggested annual travel insurance if I was going on more than one trip in the next 12 months. I didn’t think it would be worth it, but I clicked through for a quote and it was $124 cheaper. It will also cover me for any other trips that I take, although not sure I’ll have any money left over after London and Beijing!
