Looking to invest
I really want to get into investing in real estate. I just got a great new job, so now my husband and I have some extra money and we are hoping that we can use it to purchase some rental property as an investment. I was thinking that if we could find out about foreclosures in our area maybe we could get a good deal on some new property we can rent out to get a good return on our investment. If we can find something that we can rent out for the mortgage payment, that would be ideal for us.
