When choosing an entry level position, all other things being equal you should choose a job that presents you with a a great variety of responsibilities. Look at this time in your life as a tremendous learning experience — and it is critical to your future success that you try to acquire as much experience and know-how as possible. No more that you know, and the more that you learn, the more valuable and employee you will be to your company — and the more promotable. So if you want to get ahead you should learn all you can in your present position, no matter how humble.
