I do not like to get too personal about the people that I hire but in the area of finances and bookkeeping I feel it is very important to know some personal background information of the employee. I feel that numbers can easily be swayed to either harm or help someone in business and I want to make sure that it is done legally and ethically. It is very important that I know the background of someone who is looking over my books and reporting my revenues or losses. I want to hire an accounting firm that very much respects my privacy and is extremely professional with the numbers.
